P90X hybrid - Day 33

Call me suicidal, I ended up doing Pure Cardio again today.  Turns out its the short one at 38 mins.  Shaun T sucks.  Sweated my ass off, and spent much time gasping.  Soreness from legs and back is kicking in, will see how it is tomorrow on rest day.
